One Size Doesn't Fit All
By Brooke Greenwald

Yesterday, I overheard someone saying that being healthy is a state of mind. That is only true to a point. Yes, it is correct that your state of mind is a key ingredient to being healthy, but there are also many, many other ingredients to that recipe. As I sit here writing this article, I find myself considering of the myriad of ways to improve one's health: sleep more, stress less, take your vitamins, exercise, maintain a healthy diet, don't smoke, don't drink in excess, and so on.

There are forces which we can control regarding our health and ones we cannot control. Stressing about our health will not make us healthier, it will actually have the reverse effect. While most of us work at our jobs and work to live, very few of us live to work. Work doesn't have to be so stressful nor does t have to be such a chore. You can take charge href="http://www.thetakechargenetwork.com">Take Charge, of your life by making a few small changes each day. First, you can take some time for yourself. Find a good book, take a long shower, go for a run, or as I like to do, play with my dogs. This is an excellent way to come a bit closer to finding balancehref="http://www.thetakechargenetwork.com">Take Charge, .
Secondly, you can get the right supplements for your body. Simply going into a drug store or grocery and selecting a "one size fits all" solution may be a start, but it is not the real answer. Each of us has a very different body chemistry and very different needs. Some of us may need more Vitamin D or Calcium while others need to fight harder against free radicals, which can impact both our health and our lifespan. Others may need more iron or other specific nutrients in our vitamins; but how can we find out what we truly need? One option, of course, is go to go the doctor and get tested for a number of things. The other option, however, which is must less invasive and just as detailed, is to find a customized solution that is made especially for your body.
While there are many companies out there that claim to have customized solutions, very few actually do. My husband and I did quite a bit of research on this and found that Ideal Health, which is now the Trump Networkhref="http://www.thethinkbignetwork.com">Trump Network, , is the premier customized solution in the industry. I checked with my doctor and showed him the detailed report and he told me that it would have cost me thousands (out of pocket, of course) for this type of information. In contrast, with one click of the mouse, a fedex envelope (it was included in the package) and a small urine sample first thing in the morning, I was on my way to finding out, from a medical lab, at a reasonable cost ($89) what nutrients my body needed and the quantities of each that were necessary. Once this was determined, the lab processed my information and created customized vitamins for me, which are shipped to me each month for less than I was paying for the "on size fits all" solutions at the supermarket.
Now, supplements aside, there are also other things one can do to improve his/her health. For those that wish to drop a few -- or even more weight. My husband has been supplementing his meals with the Trump Network Silouhette Solutions href="http://www.thethinkbignetwork.com">Trump Network, (they are really yummy -- esepcially the chips and the chocolate) since February and has lost a significant amount of weight. He has friends and family that are doing it, with minimal exercise as well, that are succeeding too! The keys to healthy eating are: nutritional choices, timing, portion control, and of course, variety. The solution my husband has been doing is easy....he eats three smaller meals per day with three snacks in-between. His exercise is minimal -- unless you call walking our dogs a significant amount of exercise per day! However, it is important to note that his attitude is excellent, and really, that is a key component of what is helping him succeed. He has taken chargehref="http://www.thetakechargenetwork.com">taken charge, of his health and his lifestyle.
This may have started as a quest for a healthier life and a smaller waistline, but it has blossomed into a more balanced lifestyle complete with a much healthier blood chemistry and a smaller body. The best part of it all is that you, too, can achieve great things if you set your mind to what you desire and set achieveable goals for yourself along the way. If you are looking to find balanc, take charge of your lifestyle and your health, and to set achievale goals, I challenge you to visit the Take Charge Network href="http://www.thetakechargenetwork.com">Take Charge, and we will work with you to do more, feel better, and earn more than you ever thought possible.
