Hair loss can be quite a frightening experience and you are left wondering if there are actually Vitamins for hair loss.
The other side of taking loads of vitamins unnecessarily is that it will result in more hair loss.
To be on the safe side you need to take Vitamins to increase hair growth which are vitamin B. They consist of folic acid, magnesium, biotin, sulfur and zinc. These vitamins are essential for you to have overall good health however, you cant overdo them as then they will not be beneficial rather counterproductive. Do not start taking vitamins for hair loss without first consulting your doctor. A simple blood test can determine the deficiency of particular vitamins and you can replenish them in your diet or by supplements.
Besides, vitamins you can try foods that can increase hair growth. These are loads of vegetables such as carrots, green peas and cauliflower and also fruits such as apples and eggs, nuts and bran.
If you were to consult a doctor about hair loss you will be told about the two important things which
are to maintain a proper diet and to wash and keep your hair clean. Once both of these are accomplished you will notice a decrease in hair loss for sure. There are specially formulated shampoos and conditioners that can help you in your endeavor. But, do not completely bank on them. Try hot oil massages twice a month. This can be economical and relaxing. Bank on strategies that wont be harmful in the long run.
